Terms & Conditions

Effective for all flights, experiences, and transfers operated by Port Davey Wildside Pty Ltd trading as Above & Beyond Tasmanian Seaplanes.

Availability of Booked Services

Every Above & Beyond flight is shaped by Tasmania’s ever-changing elements. Weather, tides, sea state, prevailing winds, air traffic control, and unscheduled maintenance can all influence operations. Occasionally, private or government infrastructure closures or other factors beyond our control may also affect plans.

If conditions prevent us from operating a flight or experience safely, we’ll do our best to find a solution. Subject to availability, guests will be offered an alternative destination or rebooked on the next suitable departure window.

Above & Beyond cannot accept responsibility for any costs relating to accommodation, travel connections, or other arrangements in the event a flight or experience cannot proceed as booked.

Minimum Passenger Numbers

Shared scenic flights and experiences require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not met, we may reschedule your booking or, if needed, cancel and provide a full refund.

Privately chartered flights and private experiences are not subject to minimum passenger requirements.

Flight paths, itineraries, and aircraft type may vary depending on weather, tides, or operational requirements. We’ll always provide an experience of equal quality and character to your original booking.
